Employee Referral Bonus Program

Because we are always looking to grow our team with great people just like you, we are excited to offer an updated Employee Referral Bonus Program for certain full-time and part-time hard-to-fill roles.

This new program is effective with offers to candidates beginning April 1, 2022 through July 1, 2022. The program is available to all employees* (except those in leadership roles that could influence the hiring process – i.e. manager, supervisor, HR) and there is no limit on the number of referral bonuses you may receive! The more referrals you provide, the more money you will be eligible for.

*Referral bonuses for Dukes and Bluffton are consistent with previous eligibility up to $10K for full-time Registered Nurses.

To Be Eligible
  • Referring person must be a current Crestwood Medical Center employee.
  • Referral must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Your candidate must be interviewing or hired before June 30, 2022.
  • Your referral must be hired in a full time or part time status; PRN is not eligible.
  • Both the employee and referred associate must be currently employed at the time of each payment.
Commitment of Referral
  • Referred person must successfully complete two years of service in position, department, and facility for the referral bonus to be earned and payable to the LHN employee.
  • Both the employee and referred associate must be currently employed at the time of each payment.
  • The commitment period begins with the date in position.
Bonus Amount Criteria
  • As a “thank you” for referring qualified candidates who become Lutheran Health Network new hires, we will be offering the below incentives for current LHN employees if your referral is hired.
    • $10K for referring an eligible full time beside RN
    • $5K for referring an eligible full-time Surg Tech, Resp Therapist, Med Tech, MLT, Ultrasound,CT, MRI, IR Tech, LPN
    • $2K for referring all other full-time positions such as Phlebotomy, Patient Access, CMA.
Bonus Payment
  • Please note the referral bonus will remain with the previous payout schedule, first 90 days, completion of 1 year, completion of 2 years from hire date.
