Employee Referral Bonus Program

Because we are always looking to grow our team with great people just like you, we are excited to offer an Employee Referral Bonus Program for Full time RN positions. As a “thank you” for referring qualified candidates who become Northwest Health new hires, we will offer you a $5,000 referral bonus.

The program is available to all employees (except for leaders and Human Resources) and there is no limit on the number of referral bonuses you may receive! The more referrals you provide, the more $ you will be eligible to earn.

To Be Eligible
  • As the Referring Person, you must be a current Northwest Health employee.
  • Your Referral must have a minimum of 1 year previous RN experience.
  • Your Referral must work and maintain a full time employment schedule.
Commitment of Referral
  • Both you and your Referral must be currently employed at time of each payment.
  • The commitment period begins with the start date in the position.
Bonus Amount Criteria & Payment

For each eligible RN referred, payments will be made as follows provided they are in satisfactory employment status.

  • You will receive $2,500 after their 90 day orientation period is completed.
  • You will receive $2,500 after their first anniversary date is completed.
  • Your referral will receive $500 after their 90 day orientation period is completed.
  • Your referral will receive $500 after their first anniversary date is completed.

Your referral will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team promptly.
