South Baldwin Regional Medical Center is a 112 bed, acute care hospital with over 800 employees and has a network of medical clinics and a Free Standing Emergency Department serving Baldwin County. A dedicated and experienced medical staff offers over 32 medical specialties and the hospital offers services ranging from Baldwin County’s only Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine Centers, Women’s Imaging Center, comprehensive digital imaging center, 24-hour emergency department, and an extended hours urgent care & imaging center in Gulf Shores.The hospital has received numerous awards and recognition, including Press Ganey Summit Award, Modern Health Care Best Places to Work and The Joint Commission’s Top Performer on Key Quality Measures. We are committed to expanding access to emergency services to meet the needs of our rapidly growing community. SBRMC Freestanding Emergency Department, located at 3590 Gulf Shores Parkway, provides faster access to emergency care for people living in the area south of our main campus. We are dedicated to bring the same award winning quality and safety care to this facility as our main campus.
