Our Hospitals

With a combined active medical staff of more than 540 physicians, 2,200 employees and 487 beds, Northwest Health is one of the largest health networks in Northwest Arkansas with five hospitals. Northwest Health Emergency Department Bentonville

Northwest Health opened this 24/7 standalone emergency room in early 2022 on Arkansas Highway 102 near the Bentonville/Centerton border. The 11,000-square-foot facility will have 12 private exam rooms with on-site labs, X-ray, ultrasound and CT. This standalone emergency department is an extension of services for Northwest Health, operating as a department of Northwest Medical Center – Bentonville.

Northwest Medical Center – Bentonville

Northwest Medical Center – Bentonville, accredited by The Joint Commission, is a 128-bed acute care facility offering cardiac care, including open-heart surgery and cardiac catheterization. The women’s center features maternity care suites with home-like comfort in The Family Birth Place, and they were first in the state of Arkansas to introduce the newest low intervention birthing options, including a suite with a Murphy bed and birthing tub as well as nitrous oxide as a pain relief option. The Orthopedic and Spine Center – focusing on joint, muscle and bone injuries – has earned national accreditation from The Joint Commission for advanced total joint hip and knee surgery as well as spine surgery, the first in Arkansas to do so. The emergency department holds Chest Pain Center accreditation and is recognized by the Arkansas Department of Health as an Arkansas Stroke Ready Hospital.

Northwest Medical Center – Springdale

Northwest Medical Center-Springdale is a 222-bed acute care facility serving the greater Springdale community for over 50 years. The hospital was the first in Northwest Arkansas to offer open-heart surgery as well as minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgery. This facility is also home to the state’s first accredited weight loss surgery program for adolescents. Services include emergency medicine; inpatient and outpatient surgery; medical, surgical and intensive care units; outpatient diagnostic services; and behavioral health.

Siloam Springs Regional Hospital

Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, accredited by The Joint Commission, is a 42-bed facility with inpatient and outpatient care; emergency medicine; medical, surgical, and intensive care services. We believe in the power of people to create great care. We are a newly built hospital featuring all private rooms. And we work hard every day to be a place of healing, caring, and connection for patients and families in the community we call home.

Willow Creek Women’s Hospital

Willow Creek Women’s Hospital, accredited by The Joint Commission, is a 64-bed full-service facility dedicated solely to women’s health needs. For new mothers, Willow Creek offers everything from obstetrics to a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and maternal-fetal medicine for high-risk pregnancies. The hospital was first in the state of Arkansas to earn prestigious international recognition as a baby-friendly designated birth facility. And, in 2020, Willow Creek became the first hospital in the nation to earn VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) Center of Excellence status from the Maternal Safety Foundation. Willow Creek also has an OB/GYN emergency department solely focused on women’s needs with board-certified OB/GYNs available 24/7, the only such service in the state of Arkansas.

Northwest Health Emergency Department Fayetteville

The Northwest Health Emergency Department Fayetteville opened in March 2020, designed to provide faster, more convenient access to emergency care for people living south of Fayetteville. The 10,300 square-foot facility includes10 treatment rooms and houses advanced technology, including a CT scanner. This 24/7 emergency department is an extension of services for Northwest Health, operating as a department of Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.

Northwest Health Physicians’ Specialty Hospital

Northwest Health Physicians’ Specialty Hospital is a 20-bed facility with five operating rooms and one special procedure room. Surgical specialty areas include the following: advanced spine surgery, bariatric surgery, interventional pain management, minimally invasive general surgery, orthopedic and sports medicine, plastic and reconstructive surgery, podiatry and urology. This facility is a campus of Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.
